May to October is low season, the green time.

For bookings of at least 28 nights, we offer 17,5% discount.
Reservations:
After you have a confirmed reservation, full payment is due not later than 30 days before arrival.
Bank transfers in EUR or THB are accepted.

Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation is made less than 30 days before check in, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged.
In the event of cancellation less than 7 days before check in, 100% of the total amount will be retained.

We are situated right above Pra-Ae village where you find lots of restaurants, a 7/11 Minimart (24hrs.), a Pharmacy, medical clinic, alcohol supplies and more, all within 5 minutes walk from your apartment.
Another 5 minutes walk, and you're on Long beach (Pra-Ae Beach) a 2 km long sandy beach.
Transport
To get around you can rent a car, motor scooter or bicycle nearby, or being driven around by 3 and 4 wheeled Taxis.
